For the Newsletter feature, I generated a template. Here are my issues with how it is:
- I generate a template (even used AI for it) to have relevant sections that I want to speak to every edition.
- It generated a template but from all practical viewpoints, it actually is a draft. When I try to create a new template, it basically becomes a draft for a new post.
- The title can't be used any more. This is awkward for a running newsletter with a title. Maybe an option to add a date or an edition number makes sense.
- This also helps maintain different flavors of newsletters for different targets.
In summary:
- Please change the naming of the 'Template' in its current form to 'Draft'.
- Please allow an ability to have templates (Templates provide structures and some fillers). New drafts get created with the relevant template, if at all.
- Improve the story on the titles/names so that there is a way to run a series and tag/suffix them with numbers/dates.
- (Good to have) - an ability to create permanent links that can then be added to the fund/firm's website to drive traffic from there.
