As the information of Limited Partners can be sensitive, I am wondering whether only writer (and team) can check.
When adding someone with the Chrome extension that isn't an LP, Connector, or Recruit (e.g. an Entrepreneur, PC executive, etc.), what is the easiest way to insert them directly into the general Directory so they show up in the "People" database? When using the Chrome extension, you must choose a "Pipeline" to import the contact into. I am logging deals and want to use the extension to add the entrepreneurs from the deals I'm reviewing directly into the "People" database since they don't fit into the other database categories. For a fund with international investments, does DecileHub track differences in currency? Or is the best practice to simply keep all investments denominated in one currency?

I'm looking to automate my Decile Hub workflow and would like to know if there's a way I can connect Decile Hub and Zapier. Even if it's through the Decile Hub API.
“Files refer to the links or variables that can be added to the body of the email. These links or variables direct the recipient to specific files or data rooms when clicked. Data rooms are essentially folders where you can store and share files with custom permissions. The links to these data rooms or specific files within them can be embedded in the email templates and sent to recipients, providing them direct access to the shared content.” But in my panel I just see this: [image.png] I have files in Core Distruption Fund Sales Assets but I cannot see any way to get a link to them. If I copy the Link from the Files section then I just have a link, not a variable.

The directory has a significant flaw, that besides sorting it does not let you do anything. Many times I would like to understand which pipelines people are in, but it does not let me filter pipe pipeline or sort that field. A simple has value/has none, would be already sufficient...
How can I have an external user upload files to a dataroom? If this is not currently a feature it should be seriously considered for a near future enhancement. I've heard Adeo talk about the enhanced security of other Decile Hub features that replaced the need to send email. Uploading files to a deal room should be in that same category considering that sensitive information for due diligence will need to be sent to funds via email until this feature is implemented.
In the deal emails management, you have the "1.b.2. Inbound inquiry added" template. By default it is set to send this email to the Pipeline Prospect, which is absolutely wrong. I changed it manually to "Account Owner", but before that it sent this email to the guy that submitted the inbound offer. The language of this email suggests that it was meant to notify the VC and not the founder.

When an investment is added via the web form, it should have a stage "Added by Investment Inquiries Form" (this is also what I set in the "Forms" settings. Instead, it is just being added with the stage "Added", with no notification email. Also, no clear date stamp on when this stage was added. The result: people submit their companies, but we do not know about that and when checking manually, we have hard time realizing when this was even added.
This is even more robust than I expected! But there's a lot, since I am both a new manager and new to Decile Hub. What are some of the first things I should do for success?

For example, a prospect may be willing to sign a PACT, might request more materials, or not respond. Each of these outcomes should lead to a different stage. I know we can manually set stages; the value of this feature is to constrain the choices available at each point. Is there any way to offer more than one button for the "Move to Stage" functionality? Ideally, it would be great to have some time-based automations. E.g., a timeout that moves a prospect to "Unresponsive" after repeated contacts.
In the United States, venture funds are legally required to send each LP a schedule K-1 tax document every year by March 15, and many platforms (like AngelList) generate these documents automatically (https://learn.angellist.com/articles/schedule-k-1). How does this work in Decile Hub?
I'd like to be able to set up an investor accreditation validation linked to a potential LP and then filed on their profile. Is there a way to do this? (I'd rather not have to use Docusign separately for this.)
