On Hub (for Start Fund, if relevant) is there a way to see individual transactions like I would for my own checking account? A LP said to confirm if I see their $1 wire before wiring the remaining. I am not seeing it. This may be because it hasn't even been 30 min and it may take a bit longer but I want to understand if I'll be able to see it at some point.

I am thinking that that $1 may reflect and the amount will eventually show as $100,001 as Amount Filled?

On Decile Hub, you can view capital account activity and amounts filled for each Limited Partner (LP), but it does not function exactly like a personal checking account with real-time transaction listings. There may be a delay before wire transfers are reflected in the system, especially if it has only been 30 minutes since the transfer. Once processed, the total "Amount Filled" should update to include the new funds, such as the $1 test wire and the remaining amount. If you do not see the transaction after a reasonable time, contact your accounting team or Decile Hub support for assistance.

It looks like it has been more than 30min. Actually some hours now. How do I contact my accounting team? Who is my accounting team?

Your accounts do not get reconciled automatically. This is because they need to be verified for compliance. As a result, our team typically reconciles accounts every two days or so.

Also, it's very common for wires to take up to a week to transfer into the account.
I see! If it is an occasional thing (already verified in KYC/AML step), I can understand a week. So my main question is:
1. Does Not seeing the Amount Filled reflect the $1 deterministically mean that we didn't receive that $1 so far?
  a. If so, we can wait.
2. However, if there are other possibilities, like we received it but haven't reconciled it, then the missing user journey aspect for me is "I would need to know how to keep track and notify the LP."
  a. Esp if this is specific to any amount that is not the entire capital call. Like a trial $1 or $100.

Typically it takes a few days for a wire to show up in a bank account. When the system pulls in the transaction into Hub, it goes into a que and our accounting team checks: 1. did the wire match the contract (compliance) 2. reconcile 3. generate journal entry.

So, it could be 1. or 2. If the person sent it today, my best guess is that it's 1. If it's been a few days, it's probably 2.
