Hi
@Woody Butler
, currently, the Decile Hub data room file viewing interface includes a static navy blue frame that remains visible and takes up space, particularly at the bottom of the screen. Selecting fullscreen does not remove this frame or expand the document view further. This appears to be a limitation of the current platform design. If viewers need more screen space for viewing documents, and they don't want to download the file and opening it locally, what's the workaround to this? Why is this frame restrictive? The viewer isn't intuitive. Thanks for looking into this.

Currently, the Decile Hub data room viewer includes a static navy blue frame that cannot be removed, even in fullscreen mode. This is a limitation of the current platform design, and there is no built-in way to expand the document view beyond this frame without downloading the file and opening it locally. The frame is part of the user interface to maintain consistent navigation and controls, but it can restrict viewing space and may not feel intuitive.
For now, the best workaround is to download the file and open it with your preferred local application for a full-screen, unobstructed view. For further feedback or feature requests, consider reaching out via [Decile Hub Support](https://decilehub.com/base/8-hub_support).

Hey Belinda, thanks for the feedback on this. I see that the fullscreen option in the PDF viewer doesn't seem to do anything, I'll investigate this.
