Anybody know how to apply a discount to decilehub?

 when we send out emails, how do we remove the product@decilehub.com???  Just have it show our name instead?
Hey MyPhuong, to send from your own Gmail, instead of our email servers, you can connect your own Gmail or outlook under “Integrations” in the top right.
Is the staging automatic?  It looks like I have to do it manually?  Is it recording when an email got sent out because I don't see that happening.

I'm not sure I follow what you mean here, could you rephrase?

Yes, all sent emails will be recorded in the "Activity" tab of a prospect. You can also see this in the "Last Contact" column. If you send them via your own gmail you will also see them in your outbox.

 I've already integrated Outlook.  But it says only Gmail can be used for syncing of emails.  When will this syncing work with Outlook?

Ah understood, thank you for the clarification. Right now, it's not very high on our roadmap. If more people use the outlook integration though, that will help us prioritize it.

Is there a way to automate email campaigns?
Yes! That's one of the biggest focuses of hub.

To automate an entire campaign, you can add follow-on, automated email tasks (or other tasks). See my screenshot for an example
is there a way to tell that the recipient read/opened the email?
Hub only adds open tracking pixels to newsletters, since they negatively impact deliverability and are unreliable in small sample sizes.
Does the whole team see the emails?
All users with permission to a pipeline can see activity for prospects in that pipeline. You can control pipeline permissions on the team page.
Some of our team members are trying to add their outlook but it says they can't because they aren't admin.  Can you fix that?

the default limit is 50. Please ask the AI "how to send emails to 50 people at the same time?" to get an answer on this.

 can we automate the booking link but just show the text "Booking Link"?  right now it shows the whole long url address
If you're using a variable for the url (e.g. the calendar url), you can't.

If it's a non-variable link, and just a static link, you can do that, with the "Link" (chain) icon in the text editor. <- This is probably what you are looking for.

 I want to send out 50 separate emails to 50 people.  Not one email to 50 people.

That will send out 50 separate emails to 50 people. (This is a common confusion in our UI though, so I think this is something we can improve on, making it more clear. Right now we just have this notification on the emailer)

Did you follow my instructions to ask the AI earlier? Pasting from that response:

To send emails to 50 people at the same time using Decile Hub, you can bulk select up to 50 individuals by checking the boxes next to their names. Once selected, a toolbar will appear at the top of the screen with the option to "Send Email." Click this button to send your email to the selected group.

How do we add event to the CRM and tag it in th email?

Hello, I chatted in the Hub Support and my respond is generic AI. I would like to ask if it is possible to enable variable editing, as we tried accessing it, it directing to the login. Furthermore, I would like to ask if it is possible to implement tags in the funnel to the email templates?
