I would like to seek a concern when sending an email campaign. My emails was not successful to send out due to some errors but is there a way to have a notification that the email was not fully send in the Decile, since some of them are just indicated as sent. Thanks!
, when an email is sent via an integration (i.e. your own outlook account) and then errors on that side, we've got limited visibility into it. This is because of how outlook and gmail reports back the emails send to us (we send them the emails to, and they give us a success response, even when errors like this occur).
I'd love to upgrade this in the future, but it will take a huge amount of work.
Currently, Decile Hub does not provide notifications if an email fails to send; emails may be marked as sent even if they were not delivered due to errors.
