Correct, you cannot copy every kind of Data Room.  • You can copy Standard Data Rooms and Deal Memo Data Rooms.  • Firm Data Rooms as well as Decile Pro Data Rooms cannot be renamed, copied, or shared.  For the categories that have copying available, you can go to the All Data Rooms page (accessible in the left-hand-side panel in the Data Rooms section) and filter by the category you are looking for. You can see three dots at the end of each Data Room entry. Click them to clone the Data Room (it will duplicate it with all the files but without Stats&Visits).
