Yes, you can do so in email templates as well as any one-off emails you want to send. To use it in an email template: • Go to Fundraising > LP Templates and pick the email template you need.  • The links to Data Rooms / Folder can be found on the right-hand-side panel in the variables section, underneath Files. If you click on the desired name of the Data Room / Folder there, it will automatically add its link to the email wherever your cursor is.  • Once you have it added where you want, save the template. From now on, whenever you send this template, it will pull the link to the selected Data Room.  In the case of an individual email, the process is the same once you have the email opened (presumably you will go to the prospect in the pipeline and click Send an Email button.
