What are the words in the square brackets in PACT?

These words are variables. They will automatically pull the associated values. [[fund_name]] variable pulls your Fund name, which can be found above the PACT on the PACT Settings page. [[management_company]] is your VC Firm name and it can be found in your Firm Profile.
