Can't delete file from Connector profile; steps followed but file remains attached.

I am unable delete attached file from a Connector profile.  I performed the following steps: Open profile>Click "Files">Go to file I want to delete under "Attachments"> click garbage bin icon>Click "ok"> Click "Delete attachment">the system returns me to the "Connectors" funnel home page. When I re-open the profile, I see that the attached file I attempted to delete is still attached.
