If you want a prospect to automatically change stages from one stage to another stage, then this is how you set up the configuration: • Go to stages in your respective pipeline. • For example, if you don't want people to queue up in the initial "added hold" stage, but automatically move to another stage, you can change that by clicking on "hold at this stage" under "Finally" and changing it to a different stage. • Then as a final step toggle on "Automatic Execution", on the right of your screen, to ensure when prospects get added they automatically get moved to the stage you selected earlier on.
