Hi there, I'm having issues with being able to sign into the admin account so I can publish articles. It keeps saying my password is incorrect and is not letting me change it. I have to go through the "forgot password" process every time since I don't know the current password. Can someone assist me with resetting?

I can help here Alexis. To clarify, are you able to reset the password via the forgot password option, or are you encountering issues in that process?
Yes, I'm having issues with that process. It says my email is incorrect when I try to reset my password. I think it's because I had a different email when I first started the job and was later changed 
alexis@decilegroup.com is the email your Decile Hub user is under. Does that work for the reset process? You'll need access to that address. I can change it if not.
Yes, I have access to that email. Originally, I think the admin account was created under alexisschreiber@decilegroup.com, but I changed it
