Hello,

I have 2 emails associated with my account. I sent an LP intro email this morning, he replied (which I saw in my gmail), but it is not updating in my activity under his profile. Do I need to do something to make sure I can view reply activity as well?

Currently, Decile Hub does not display email replies or email opens in the activity tab under a contact’s profile. You can see when emails are sent and when links are clicked, but replies must be checked directly in your connected Gmail inbox. If you want all communication (including replies) to appear in Decile Hub, ensure your Gmail integration is active and that the contact was added to Decile Hub before the email exchange began. , our gmail syncing is on a few hours schedule, so gmail replies may not show until as late as this evening / tomorrow, based on the timing of the email vs our scheduled job.
