Hi all., I wanted to check the last contacted for LPs and some didn't have a date so it had the space as "Set date". When I clicked on it, it automatically put today's date but I can't amend it to a later date. I did not contact them today and under activity for the LP it is showing as Task completed with today's date. How can I clear this or amend this to put the right date?
It seems that we don't have a way to erase a Last Contact date. You can either set it to sometime in the past when you actually did contact the person, or I can reset this value for you manually. Let me know if you want me to reset it and I'll reach out privately to get the details.
