Currently, when you click the pipeline hyperlink from the people directory or after importing a contact, it does not automatically filter or highlight the specific contact. Instead, it maintains the previous search criteria in the pipeline view. There are plans to improve this functionality in the future, including highlighting the relevant prospect, but this is pending upgrades to the pipeline search system.
