Currently, you cannot add multiple emails for one contact in the same email field in Decile Hub. As a workaround, you can add another person with the same name but a different email address, or add a custom data point such as "alternate email" under the "User Variables" section when editing a person. The ability to add multiple emails to a single contact is on the product roadmap for future updates.
