Can't preview PACT
I was testing the PACT preview today and found that the preview of the PACT doesn’t load.
So, LPs would need to check the box, but can’t preview and actually read it.
I tried with two different browsers with same result.

If you are unable to preview the PACT, this may be a technical issue with the platform. Typically, users should be able to preview files or documents by clicking the relevant link or icon (such as the eye icon in Data Rooms). If the PACT preview is not loading in multiple browsers, it is best to contact Decile Hub support directly for assistance.

Hi Angelo, will you please confirm that you have content in the PACT Agreement textarea box? If this somehow was removed, then no content would appear in the preview.



Yes, there is content. When I open the link on mobile, I get to fill in the form and then click "review and sign" which correctly preview the PACT with the LPs information. However, when I open the same PACT link on desktop, I get a check box to acknowledge, with a link to the PACT, which doesn't work. The button then says "reserve a position" and directly signs the pact (which is then correctly sent to the inbox).
So mobile works but the same link on desktop doesn't.
I see the problem. Thanks for raising this, will take care of it right away.
Hi Angelo, this problem has been fixed. You'll now see a button that says "Review and Sign" and when clicked, will take you to the PACT form for review.
