If you are experiencing an error with the Decile Hub Chrome plugin, common solutions include:

  • Ensuring you are on a web page with a person's details before launching the extension.
  • Disabling other Chrome plugins that might conflict with Decile Hub, then restarting your browser and trying again.
  • If the error is related to LinkedIn URLs, recent updates now allow any linkedin.com link (not just standard profiles).
