Assuming that you are referring to updating the PACT form, please follow the instructions outlined below.

To edit the PACT form, navigate to Fundraising > PACTS > Manage PACTs and then go to PACT Content. Here, you can modify various aspects of the form such as the landing page header and body text, and add additional questions if needed. Remember to save your changes by clicking on 'Save changes' in the bottom right hand corner.

I would like to remove some of the questions asked. 

Thanks for clarifying, you can find that form under Website > Forms > Limited Partners. Please note that, at present, you can only edit a few sections of the form, and you cannot remove or modify any of the questions.

This is general solicitation, and should not be used.

In fact, it should not even be visible to you because your firm is not a 506(c) designation. This is a bug which must have been recently introduced.

The form is meant for organizations that are 506(c) funds and can legally advertise their fund to the public. Your fund is a 506(b) fund and you should only be pitching to accredited investors within your own network. So, having this form viewable on your public website would be considered general solicitation.

Is there a way to have a form that is not a "become an LP" , but instead "Contact us" or "Join our Newsletter" as a way to capture the names and emails of people that want to connect with us?
