when I try to add a prospect, I get a "500 Internal Server Error"

Hi Bob, please try a hard refresh: meaning: shift + f5 on windows, or cmd + shift + R on mac. Then try adding a prospect to your Deals pipeline again and let us know how it goes. Thanks.
