I am trying to share a data room with the VCLab team. Katie isn’t able to view the room even though I have given access under “Firm Settings”. On mobile, tapping the 3 dots opens a submenu that is hidden. Unable to get a link to share with Katie. Also, since only people within a certain pipeline have access, I don’t know how to specifically give other people access to this data room.   Thanks!

Your configuration has specific permissions set by its owner. Only people at specific stages of a pipeline would be able to use that link and see the contents of the data room. To share this data room with everybody, or specific people, choose that appropriate option from the "Allow viewers" dropdown.
