To complete the memo, you can answer as many or as few of the scores as you want, and you can edit it until you close the memo. Gen and Charla should also fill out the ratings section, but they can delegate other sections to someone else as long as they provide an overview. Additionally, you can customize the ratings categories and other sections to fit your needs. Once the memo is closed, it will be locked in and cannot be edited.
