We're currently working on adding the functionality for multiple configurations for Deal Memos. However, for your specific use-case, it might be more beneficial to include a larger set of questions. You can open a new Deal Memo, answer the first set of questions, make your assessment, then close it or continue with the final set of questions. Additionally, you can use the voting for deal in early review and custom questions for deals in final review. This approach will work well for you since you only do Deal Memos for companies that you are planning to close on.
