Hello! On the PACT form, can you add more jurisdictions including the UK? Do you have standard language for that?

You are able to edit the template in Hub to fit your needs. We apologize, but we do not offer templates for other jurisdictions. However, as Mike suggested, you can modify the template to suit your specific requirements.
