Following up on our call, when I am on the phone with an LP I want to be able to look at their record, see which documents they have looked at and even the pages and time per page that they viewed.

This is the value of integrating the Docsend functionality into your CRM system.

Right now that information is only available the other way - by looking at files and their activity.

@Michel Friedman Integration of docsend will likely not occur as we build out our documentation management. However, @Robert Nipshagen shared your feedback on stats. I think this is a good enhancement to provide to the activity tab of a person to expand the activity item of "file viewed"

By "Docsend functionality" I mean DecileHub's document display functionality, not integration with DocSend.
