

If only the latest email is visible in your sent folder, it might be due to a temporary issue with your email account connection. Ensure your Gmail or Outlook account is properly connected to Decile Hub for consistent visibility. If the connection is lost, emails may be sent through Decile's servers instead, which might not reflect in your sent folder. Check your account integration settings and reconnect if necessary.

Maybe: The first 3 emails I sent, I already had an email outreach with decile hub. The last person I just wrote, which synced also with my emails, is a new contact

You can ignore the assistant response, that's usually only accurate for the most common issues.
We had a bug for a few hours today regarding emails, my apologies. The bug is fixed now, If you resend the last email it should send correctly.


If the email is not as "sent" in my sent folder, it was NOT sent. Is that correct?


We're still exactly investigating the damage. It looks like this bug affected only about 1% of our email sends thankfully, but your confirmation will help us confirm that.
