Currently there isn't a way to send an email to everyone at once, but you can bulk select using the checkboxes next to stages/prospects and send to up to 50 people at a time. After selecting, you should see a bar at the top of the screen that includes `Send Email`. We recently increased the bulk email limit to 50. However, sending a newsletter more officially is future functionality on the roadmap for later this year. You could create a custom stage for each batch and move everybody into that stage or add tags and filter that way, but it would still require significant clicking and data manipulation.
