I have a PACT signer that got the automation email inviting them to setup their profile in Hub. When they tried, they got a "sample profile" and weren't able to edit it. I see this person already has an prospect record on file showing the outreach and response trail through PACT signing and thank you emails. The link they are clicking uses their profile email as their login so that doesn't seem to be the issue. Not sure how to help them or what I need to configure to allow them to see their own profile rather than a sample profile. Thanks for the help!
