Did you happen to record the error id that was shown on the 500 page? That's usually helpful in us investigating the issue.
Can you link the deal memo this is occurring on? I'm seeing some errors that were related to an image uploaded onto a deal memo in your account, but it appears that deal memo may have been since deleted.
