for some reason every time I go to send an email through decile hub and I get the notification "Connect your Gmail or Microsoft account for improved email deliverability and up to 50% higher recipient engagement rate." My Microsoft account is already connected and the toggle is turned on to use that email. What is going on? It's happening to all users on our account

If you and your team are seeing the "Connect your Gmail or Microsoft account" notification in Decile Hub despite having your Microsoft accounts connected and toggled on, this may indicate a technical issue with the integration. Common causes include:

  • The Microsoft connection may have expired or needs to be reauthorized.
  • Adblockers or browser extensions could be interfering with the integration.
  • Organization-level security settings may require admin approval for Decile Hub as a trusted app.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Microsoft account from the Integrations menu. If the issue persists for all users, contact Decile Hub support for assistance: Decile Hub Support.

Hi @Amanda Laurell
, could you show me a screenshot of what you are seeing on the email view, or specifically mention which user you are sending the email From?

Looking at your account, only you have the Microsoft outlook integration enabled, so only emails sent from you will send via outlook.

(Can see this on Settings -> Team)
Update: We've just found a bug related to this, we're investigating.
We had everyone disconnect and re-connect their microsoft accounts and it still shows the same error.
this is an email template that has worked previously. It comes from another team member than myself
