So I've had some trouble getting my 5.1: Send PACT email template to work.    I've deleted and recreated it but have the same 500 server error faults upon sending a test email.   I get 09f55324-f01b-4010-94e3-4eba3ff3188e or a similar one.   I've verified all fields are filled in.     I am also having an issue not being able to load this template (or its replacement version) when trying to send a PACT via the funnel.  In this case, the template never loads and the send tool just spins trying to load it.   So I've reverted to copy and pasting an old email that worked weeks ago and just updating the PACT url and email address.   This is frustrating and slowing me down quite a bit, also preventing automation.

It is verified to be happening on multiple browsers and devices I've used of the past week.   I do feel this is a system side error of some sort.
