Sending SMS/WhatsApp messages via Hub
Is it possible to send SMS/WhatsApp messages in Hub?  I heard from an investor yesterday that he never reads email anymore, he only responds to texts.

WhatsApp is linked to in the pipelines allowing one click messaging. WhatsApp is also integrated with this system, DecileBase.

Hey Eric, as Adeo points out Hub has the ability to open whatsapp messages with people. To do this, add a phone number for the person on the slideover, and check the "Use this phone number for WhatsApp" toggle. Once you do that, a WhatsApp icon will show for this person, both on the slideover and in their contact "Links" column on the pipeline. Clicking that will open a WhatsApp message directly to them on WhatsApp's web/desktop app.
