When a PACT is sent, to one of my close contacts, it returns an email from my GP partner, no mentioning of myself as the actual sender of the PACT. Can you please let me know how I will appear on the email reply when sending PACTs?

When sending a PACT via Decile Hub, the sender and signature on the email depend on which email address is set in the FROM field. If your partner’s email is selected as the sender, the email will appear to come from your partner, and their signature will be used. To ensure the email shows you as the sender, make sure your own email is set in the FROM field before sending. This will display your name and signature in replies.

I recommend you send a test email to a personal email address to test this out.
If you've connected your gmail or outlook and send from that, it will send from your own address. If not, your email will come from our servers, with your name and reply-to header added.
