Editing the PACT template in Decile Hub can sometimes be confusing if the AI guidance points to unavailable locations or if permissions are restricted. If you cannot find the editing option or are told you cannot edit, it may be due to account permissions or a temporary system issue. For the logo not populating, this can result from upload errors or file compatibility issues. Try re-uploading a smaller, square PNG or JPEG file (ideally under 500 KB).
