When I selected the Send Pact Email template it gave me the error that email cannot be sent due to missing data.
Then also when I asked the AI to regenerate email with link to the PACT it didn't put a real link but a dummy one. Could the AI be trained to insert the appropriate link to the PACT page of the firm.
When I selected sendPACT as the stage and then send email. Should it not automatically send me to the email template that includes the link to the PACT page.
Can we have a place where links to relevant pages and documents can be copied for insertion into emails etc
When using the Send Pact Email template in Decile Hub, the system requires all necessary data (such as prospect details) to generate a valid PACT link. If data is missing, you’ll get an error and may see a dummy link instead of the real one. The platform is designed to auto-populate the correct PACT link when all required fields are filled and the template is used properly in the pipeline stage.
If you want to insert links to relevant pages or documents (like a data room or PACT page) while customizing an email, you currently need to copy/paste them manually from their source. There isn’t a built-in “link picker” yet, but this feedback is valuable for future improvements.
