Base Channel Memberships - Blazer and Process Issues
@Zander Buteux
I have added newly enrolled and removed dropped participants from the Base channels today based on the updated Blazer.
Issues:
1. The Blazer shows that the channels still include pre-curriculum applicants who were not accepted, fund members of current cohort members who are not enrolled on the program or previously removed participants.
2. Most of the above people are not coming up in the search bars of the channels, i.e. are actually not in those channels or just cannot be found. At the moment this is about at least 35 people who I have identified so far and highlighted in neon yellow and green here.
3. Adding new participants in batches to each of the 6 channels one by one is very time consuming.
4. Removing dropped participants one by one from the VC Lab and Cohort 15 channels is likewise very time consuming. It is often not possible to remove participants by changing their statuses to Dropped under Client Product, as they are the only ones of multiple fund members who need to be removed whilst the remaining team members need to stay in the channels.
5. When adding new participants to the channels, the search bar does not indicate whether a person is already included in the channel or not.
6. FI User and Company IDs are not assigned to all participants in the Blazer.
