If your automation for the deal pipeline in Decile Hub has stopped working, you should first check your pipeline or data room automation settings to ensure the correct trigger is still active. Sometimes, automations can stop due to changes in settings or system updates.
To restore or set up automations for file or folder views, go to the relevant folder and click the "Automation" button. If you need step-by-step guidance or if the issue persists, visit the Decile Hub support forum or contact support directly: Decile Hub Support.

i am still not able to automate the emails directly to the hub. I even did a reset for the automation button at top of the funnel

, we’ll need a bit more detail in order to help you here. Can you link a specific prospect, or let me know which pipeline and which stage you are seeing issues with? And what is the issue, as in are automations not firing? Are you receiving notifications about broken automations?
Under deal funnel, the automation is not working when i am sending deals from my email ID to "pipeline-riceberg+deals@reply.decilehubmail.com" . So the deals are not automatically getting added after the email is sent.
