I just created an event and it looks like email are not going out as people register to the event. Could you check it please?

I entered my info as the first registrant, but I didn't receive any notification. Tried again with a different email. Also no messages sent/received. Canceled my registration and again no messages. It looks like Something is not connected. I sent it to a few people and they said they registered as well but I dont know as they dont not appear in the attendee list ( I dont either). here is the screenshot showing I registered.

We've made some progress here.

There was a bug in our registration, where we didn't save the registrations correctly. That's why your tests didn't receive notifications. We've got a fix for that rolling out as we speak. (Specifically, there was an issue if someone tried to register with an email that was already in the system, but a different name from what was in the system. We've made that much more flexible now).

However, we're seeing your tests, and 3 unfinished registrations, that didn't seem to finish their submission (that is, the above bug did not affect them). Could I ask what link did you share with the previous registrants?

 , we haven't been able to reproduce this at all on our end. I see new registrations appear to be coming in as expected, so I think whatever issue we had here is resolved. Are you still seeing any unexpected behavior?
