There was a bug in our registration, where we didn't save the registrations correctly. That's why your tests didn't receive notifications. We've got a fix for that rolling out as we speak. (Specifically, there was an issue if someone tried to register with an email that was already in the system, but a different name from what was in the system. We've made that much more flexible now).
However, we're seeing your tests, and 3 unfinished registrations, that didn't seem to finish their submission (that is, the above bug did not affect them). Could I ask what link did you share with the previous registrants?
