Hi! I met with someone from the Decile Hub team on Friday to try to resolve some issues with uploading our deals database to the platform. We didn't manage to solve it and he told me to ask for help so that someone from the team (engineer) can help me with the upload. The main problem is that many categories are not adjusting to the upload, therefore a lot of data is not being uploaded. If you can provide me with an email address to send my csv it would help me a lot!

For issues with uploading your deals database to Decile Hub—especially when categories are not mapping correctly and data is missing—it's best to contact the Decile Hub support team directly. You can share your CSV or data file with their developer or support contact for troubleshooting. In a similar case, users were advised to email their CSV file to the developer for review and resolution.

Hi Andrea, I should be able to help here. When you say

many categories are not adjusting to the upload
Can you show me what categories aren't adjusting via a screenshot? There is a mapping step when uploading CSVs that should allow you to map any column in the CSV to any importable field in Hub.
