I sent out emails/messages to 2 different parties with 2 different links to files in my data room. However, every time 1 of the parties clicks on the link in their message the access notifications emails as well as the activity logs in the data room indicate they accessed the file for the 2nd party. This obviously was a major concern for me at first but I have been able to verify that the 1st party is indeed accessing the right file even if the logs/data say otherwise.

The only thing in common for both links is the 2 respective files were uploaded to the same Limited Partner folder. However, I didn't think that would cause an issue as each file has a unique URL/link.  Any ideas why this discrepancy is happening? I have had this tested several times and it's the same issue.  Let me know what you need from me to investigate.
