Hi Eric, I can't replicate the problem, so we could use a few more details. Were you on LinkedIn? If so, did you have the "Contact info" modal window open?

Yes, on LinkedIn, and did not have the contact info window open.  Would it be possible for the plug-in to scrape the profile without having me make an extra click to open the contact info window?

Unfortunately the extension can only grab what it can “see” on the screen. We may have a more automated solution in the future, but for now you’ll need to open the Contact Info modal.
