I cannot export LP data. 504 problem

A 504 Gateway Time-out error when exporting LP data usually indicates a server or network issue, possibly due to a large file size or temporary system overload. Try these steps:

- Reduce the amount of data you are exporting and try again.
- Check your internet connection and wait a few minutes before retrying.
- If the issue persists, contact Decile Hub support for assistance.

It's been happening for last two days and every month I export our data without having a problem.

, we've shipped a code change that was affecting pipeline exports. This should fix 500's, but I'm not sure if it will help your 504 case. I'm a bit surprised to hear this, since the export occurred near-instantly for me. 

Could you retry exporting once to see if the code change helped this situation? And if not, could I ask what region are you accessing Hub from?
