Hi Support Team I am trying to access my Decile Pro settings and am receiving a 500 Internal Server Error, error ID:
407074ae-c916-4ce0-982c-4c82ccd729a6. Please assist. Thanks!

A 500 Internal Server Error typically indicates a problem with the server or the application. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. Worst case scenario we can look at the settings together tomorrow on our call since I am able to access it.

, I've found the issue. Working on a fix. I am guessing you may be opening the decile pro settings in a new tab, while from the email templates page. In the meantime it will work if opened in the same tab, or in a new tab from any other page.
