Dive into the fund accounting features of Decile Hub. First, go to the Back Office section and generate a full set of annual reports, reviewing each report and writing a bulleted list of questions that you have. Next, go to the Capital Accounts subsection and set up a capital call for 20% without saving it, writing a second bulleted list with any questions about the process or about the information presented. Then, go to the Investments subsection and experiment with updating the valuation of an investment without saving any changes, writing a third bulleted list with questions. Lastly, use the Questions section to get all of your questions answered, and, if your question is not sufficiently answered, then you can, selectively, “Ask the community for a better answer”

To address your issues with Decile Hub's fund accounting features, ensure you have access to the Back Office section, as it is limited to Decile Partners. If you face issues with the Capital Account task, try entering full numbers instead of abbreviations. For the Investments task, ensure your account permissions are correctly set. If problems persist, contact Decile Hub support or your account administrator for assistance.
