I have an investment memo that is almost ready for IC, but I still need to add one thing. I mistakenly hit "pass" on it (since it was not ready). The deal is now is marked as declined. And now I don't know how to reverse that. Is there a function or feature that lets me put that back into the decision stage? Thanks so much!!

Great news - this is reversible! Here are your options:

  1. Re-open the deal memo yourself - Look for a "Re-open" option on the closed deal memo. This should allow you to change its status back to Active, which will move the deal back to the associated pipeline stage.

  2. Request a manual fix - If you can't find the Re-open option, share the link to your deal memo here and we can re-open it for you on the backend, just like we've done for others in this situation.

If you go the Re-open route, just make sure your Deal Memo Settings have the "Active" status mapped to the correct pipeline stage so it lands in the right place. Let us know if you need a hand!

Here is the link. Can you please reopen it?

Hey Vijay, do you have the ability to re-open the deal memo here, on that page?
