If you're looking to add a new custom stage and want to move its location easily, there is an "Arrange the stages" button at the top of the Stages page that makes it much easier to drag stages around. Additionally, we will soon be releasing an overhauled "Actions" infrastructure that will allow us to implement the ability to add reminders to an individual, such as follow-ups like "get back to me in a month".
