DecileHub Hack/Workaround:  If you have the problem of scrolling through contacts (ex: Directory) and you have more than 250 people and you get stuck at 250 people, and at the top of the window you see something like "250 Shown", a work-around that will let you scroll down further is to scroll left across the columns until you get to the first columns and then it will load another 250 so it will then say "500 shown."  If you get to 500 and it gets stuck again, follow the same instructions and you can eventually see everyone, after you do this for all batches of 250 people
