the pact I received (for testing) has predefined amount. can we customize base on our conversations with the Lps down the line?

Hi Gan, yes, you can customize the PACT.
In your left nav you should see a button under "Fundraising" for "Customize PACT Link", and see the same link on the Signed PACTs page. This will let you send predefined amounts (also with the name for a prospect already filled in).
Also, btw for Hub usability questions, try asking your question into the top search/AI bar on your screen. It's pretty good about answering basic Hub questions like this!
