I'm using the Chrome plugin for the first time. It would be great to have the stage be added to the data imported. Specifically, I'd like to have the ones I'm pulling today from Sales Navigator enter the Outreach - MD stage.

I'd also like to avoid having to make an extra click if I'd like to add a Person to hub. The default should always be to add the person to hub, then ask if you want to add the organization. One issue I'm seeing is if I want to update the data on a contact who is already in my hub via the plug-in, it creates a duplicate.
