For the purposes of presentation completion for the upcoming review, do you expect solo GPs to have confirmed non-GP team members on the Team slide or is it sufficient to have one individual, the GP, on the Team slide?

Does "confirmed" in this case mean that there is a Venture Share agreement signed or is it sufficient to have verbal confirmation to add a non-GP to a presentation team slide?

You can't have any documents signed with VP until you complete a 1st close

So, to clarify, if there is no Venture Share agreement signed, I can't add anyone on the Team slide even if there is a verbal confirmation?
